Initial Release

  • First Release of DRM License Cipher SDK for UWP (Universal Windows Platform)

    • Introduced the UWP version of the DRM License Cipher SDK, designed to prevent unauthorized extraction of DRM content keys from PlayReady client applications running on the Windows platform.

    • This release enables secure license acquisition workflows by encrypting the license challenge request and validating the request authenticity on the server.

    • The SDK leverages platform-level protections and white-box cryptography to help ensure robust security against piracy and key leakage.

    • It is designed to work seamlessly with existing PlayReady implementations, requiring minimal integration effort.
