[Resolved] Android 2.x Upload Error – Regional Recovery Status

An issue was identified over the past hour where uploads for Android version 2.x failed with** SCM-0000** or PopCount Zero errors.

The issue was caused by an internal server error, and recovery efforts along with** hardware upgrades are currently in progress**.

Current recovery status by region is as follows:

  • Global server: Recovery completed (operating normally)

  • Jakarta server: Recovery completed (operating normally)

  • Mumbai server: Recovery completed (operating normally)

Android 2.x uploads via the Global server are now functioning normally.
The remaining regional servers will be fully restored as soon as possible.
